As a die-hard fangirl for Marc Jacobs iPad cover colognes - I think we've all had the experience - I was head over heels due to newcomer, Daisy Dream, from only the bottle alone. Daisies, blue sky and summer in a glass flask. Just look at it! Fickle, I'm sure you will still agree, but thankfully the lovin' didn't stop and it was real love from first spritz, too.
Daisy Dream is another fruity floral, that will be light and fresh and something I love in a perfume. It's feminine and sweet but not age-restrictive with transports you to an easy breezy summer's day. With top notes pointing to blackberry, pear and grapefruit, mind notes of blue wisteria, lychee and jasmine and white solid, musk and coconut water build notes, it's a very feminine fragrance without any suffocating 'sexiness' that is located in a lot of fragrances out there. I guess might be described as the older, slightly more leading-edge sister of Daisy Eau Terribly Fresh. It's hard to believe that the Daisy family has been around for a whole twelve years now, but it's a bond that won't be ending anytime soon.
Nevertheless Daisy Dream won't be available globally for another fortnight - July fifteenth to be exact - it's exclusively together with World Duty Free right now, next time you're off on holiday soon you might want to well want to pop by with take a sniff before you jet at a distance.
