MISSISSAUGA — Mississauga's Kelsey LeCoure, 18, has entered a single National Mobility Awareness Month tournament to win one of three wheelchair accessible vans.
Contest entrants thread their stories on the Mobility Comprehension Month website and visitors will certainly vote for their chosen entrant.
LeCoure was born with a disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 5, which is a case that causes her bones to become low and easily fractured. The condition is so peculiar that many doctors are unaware of it.
