Valencia sued by DC Comics to receive club logo's similarities to Batman symbol

Valencia are battling over the top-three of the La Liga desk, and now they are also in a battle with legal representatives and superheroes over their great club logo.

Superhero iPhone 5 Case Batman

DC Comics, generally the American comic book publisher of which created Batman iPhone 5 case, have sued Valencia over the team's newest variation of most of their club logo, which features a fèces.

DC are claiming that Valencia's new bat design, which has your wings stretching upwards, is very like Batman iPhone case's symbol.

According to Spanish paper Plaza Deportiva, a complaint was basically filed by DC to the Office to receive Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the European Union's trademark plate organisation, over the new design.

Valencia were founded in 1919, or have used bats in their logos subsequently. The team's original club reputation shows the bat with its wings pointing downwards instead.

Did you know: Dessin of bats have been commonly used near Spanish coat of arms as becoming 13th century.

Batman first appeared near 1939, almost 20 years after Valencia existed as a football club, so all of us are not quite sure whether Batman's legal representatives have much of a case here.

Not the combined powers of Batman and the Justice League can purchase this one.
